The Book of Psalms taught meditation long before anyone created an app.
Sit in a comfortable position and breath naturally. To help focus your mind, repeat an easily remembered verse that has personal meaning for you. Try Psalms 46:10, “Be still and know that I am God,” or simply, “Jesus.” Calm the fears that may crowd out the love in your life. Clear your mind and regain your attention on the goodness and mercy of God.
meditation is focus on god
Take a deep breath and relax as the Lord’s soft feathers surround you!
Also, spend time reading the Bible, allowing God’s Word to flow gently through your mind, saturating you with His love and peace.
