Nature is bursting with vibrant colors, reassuring us that renewal is always possible. Spring is like hope, always alive, if under the surface, ready to reveal itself. We see it in the trees budding in fresh green, tulips breaking ground in hot pink, along with the sunny-yellow daffodils. We hear it in the delightful songs of busy birds preparing their homes for summer.
Open your windows to let in the fresh air. Make time for yourself to breathe and relax. Embrace change, view it as positive, take time for self-reflection, and make choices for improvement.
