Monday Motivation

Monday Motivation

Happy Monday Motivation!

Start the week full of inspiration and encouragement! By actively choosing your focus, you can form your thoughts and attitudes toward the positive, seeing joy in everyday moments, and boosting your creativity.

James Clear, the author of the New York Times bestseller, Atomic Habits*, says, “…we can form good habits, break bad ones, and master the tiny behaviors that lead to remarkable results.”

Every Monday Motivation word or phrase can be used as the guiding force behind your decisions. Make it a prayer, journal, or creative writing prompt. These simple words will serve as a reminder to keep a positive mental focus:

“Be Kind”

Have a great week, mindful of giving and receiving kindness!

I think kindness is hugely underrated, Dana. Love, joy and peace are always bigged up… but kindness can change the world.

Keeping it super simple (K.I.S.S.) with two words — be kind — and thanks for the reminder, Dana!
