Beautiful Words: Kids Talk About God

Beautiful Words

Beautiful words happen when kids talk about God. I remember watching “Kids Say the Darndest Things” hosted by Art Linkletter. The show aired from 1959 to 1967. Art would begin his conversations with the children by asking various life-related questions. The beauty of their innocent answers would often provoke laughter and awe of their young, unfiltered wisdom.

Beautiful Words Kids Talk About God

Is it possible to return to a simpler way of thinking? Do we have beautiful words when we talk about God, or do years of hard experiences make us skeptical?

Give your cares and concerns to God and start each day with the fresh and optimistic view of a child. Sprinkle in some fun and laughter. Have a snack. Take a nap. Read an illustrated children’s book. Dance to your favorite music. Renew your pure joy of living!

As I get older I try to make things more simple and not worry as much but it’s hard sometimes.

‘Is it possible to return to a simpler way of thinking?’ I think it’s vital, Dana. I would ask, ‘Is it possible to survive without a simpler way of thinkomg?’
