Developed by Aaron Beck and David Burns, my train of thought action sheet outlines their 10 most common unhelpful thinking styles, or what they called, Cognitive Distortions. Read my introductory post here.

Once we recognize how we practice these styles, we can actively restructure or redirect our thoughts to be more positive and productive.
